I live in Canada so right now it's pretty cold here

Yesterday while coming home froma friends place all was well when I hit the highway to head home. But once I got off the highway and came to a stop my fuel pressure just dropped to 30psi from ~38psi (my normal setting)and I saw my autometer volt gauge drop too. This happened all the way home while coming to a stop and sometimes it would almost stall.

Now today I went out and the same things were happening. Got to my destination and parked it for about 20mins. Went back out and started her up and my idle FP was back to "normal" (~38psi). Now I'm really confused.

My fuel system consists of a Walbro GSS-250 high flow/pressure fuel pump, AEM FPR, Cartech 2025i, and J&S Ultra to control the timing under boost.

Could it be the Cartech sticking? And if it is, I thought that a FMU is only "working" during boost and not idle.

I doubt your Cartech is sticking. I always see lower pressures during the winter time. Always let your car warm up before going into boost.
